Noah Gilford brings a systems-thinking mindset to every project, viewing mechanical engineering as a way to shape healthier, more resilient environments. Since joining Ballinger, he has contributed to a range of academic, healthcare, and science projects, from infrastructure upgrades to fit-outs and campus master plans. Noah’s experience includes work for institutions such as Georgia Tech, the University of Maryland, and Penn Medicine. His collaborative approach and technical fluency support seamless integration between mechanical systems and architectural vision.
