Fernanda Pires brings over 30 years of expertise in the design, programming, and planning of healthcare facilities. As Director of Healthcare Planning, she leads project-specific initiatives while championing innovation through her passion for Lean methodologies and evidence-based design. Fernanda’s approach begins with listening. She learns from the experiences of clients, healthcare providers, and staff to understand current challenges, then collaborates closely to develop solutions that drive meaningful results. Her work consistently delivers innovative, functional, and beautifully designed spaces that reflect the unique culture of each organization she serves.
