Ballinger provided master planning, architecture, interior design and building engineering for a complete build-out of 1.2 million SF of space and structured parking for 1,500 cars on this compact site.
The first phase of this project provided corporate office space with a full complement of employee services including an expandable cafeteria, fitness center, health services, child care, company store and credit union. A circulation spine serves as the link between the future building wings and core campus services. Central to the design are site circulation and clear zones for building, vehicular, pedestrian and infrastructure pathways. The campus is served by a new 14,000 SF central utility plant.
