Since joining Ballinger in 1999, Karen Brooks has led teams in the delivery of complex academic, research and corporate facilities. She has served as project manager for many of the firm’s most prominent life science projects, including work for Wexford Science + Technology, the University of Michigan, and the University of Pennsylvania. Karen brings a detailed approach to managing team resources and diverse client constituencies. With a strategic understanding of project goals, she balances client interests, budget requirements, and design excellence in the delivery of purposeful, high-quality projects. Karen speaks at industry conferences and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, currently serving on the Health and Life Sciences Council. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College.
