At Ballinger, we take pride in developing creative engineering solutions for healthcare environments large and small. Recently, Main Line Health’s Riddle Hospital officially moved in to a new five-story, 230,000 SF patient pavilion. The facility features 76 new private patient rooms, 10 modern operating rooms, 3 new procedure rooms, maternity suites, a level II neonatal intensive care unit and a 174-space parking garage. The project also included an expansion of the campus central utility plant.

Ballinger provided engineering design and consulting services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, continuing our decades-long relationship with Main Line Health. Our engineers celebrated the grand opening with representatives from Main Line Health and partners P. Agnes, Pure Project Management, LLC, Thornton Tomasetti, Glackin Thomas Panzak, Inc., Ballinger, CallisonRTKL, and Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. The pavilion will be open to patients on July 10.
