Architecture - Senior Project Manager Healthcare

This is a position offering the successful candidate a significant opportunity to positively influence the firm and their career. Operations - Business Systems Administrator

Ballinger is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to manage in-house computer software systems and become an expert in a variety of core business systems. This person must be able to work in a high-paced environment and be able to shift priorities with ease. The ideal candidate will be interested in solving problems and over-deliver when it comes to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems
  • Perform system administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, and permissions, among other duties.
  • Research, test and evaluate new systems, systems enhancements, upgrades, and other systems improvements
  • Provide system training resources for internal users, including videos, how-to guides, and FAQs on systems applications

Interiors - Designer I

As an Interior Designer with Ballinger, you will be responsible for combining creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Studio Leader
  • Coordinate and collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, clients and consultants
  • Demonstrate experience in space planning, conceptual design, detailing and documentation
  • Demonstrate knowledge of interior design and planning principles, building code requirements, specification preparation, and construction methods
  • Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
  • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
  • Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for constructions
  • Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
  • Provide guidance for junior team members
  • Travel when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school
  • NCIDQ preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in professional practice
  • Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or other modeling software applications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must)
  • Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
  • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Exercise independent judgement
  • Self-Motivated, works intelligently and requires limited supervision
