Architecture - Senior Project Healthcare Architect

  • Designing, analyzing, detailing, and documenting healthcare buildings

Architecture - Senior Project Manager - Academic

Architecture - Project Manager - Healthcare, Academic, Corporate

Engineering - Senior Project Structural Engineer

Engineering - Electrical Design Engineer

Requirements

  • Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
  • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
  • Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for constructions
  • Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
  • Provide guidance for junior team members

Operations - Project Accountant

The Project Accountant is responsible for monitoring the financial, time management and contractual analysis related to project budgets and resource management. You will work closely with the Firm Leadership, Project Managers, and Studio Leads daily. As a valued member and integral part of our success, the Project Accountant has a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to track deadlines, help drive the team to complete project related tasks, and professionally manage communications with the team.
